Chalet Zen in Peri offers a delightful blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, making it an excellent choice for both families and adventurous couples. Upon arrival, we were greeted with warm hospitality from the lovely owner, whose dedication to creating a welcoming atmosphere was evident throughout our stay. The outdoor swimming pool, framed by stunning views, provided a serene backdrop for relaxation after a day of hiking. Our double room was well-equipped, featuring air conditioning and a lovely balcony that overlooked the garden – perfect for enjoying our morning coffee. The continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise, setting the tone for our days filled with exploration. While it may require a few more finishing touches, it’s clear that Chalet Zen is on its way to becoming a hidden gem in the heart of the countryside. It was a rejuvenating escape that perfectly married comfort with outdoor adventure, making it ideal for anyone seeking a tranquil retreat near Newcastle.
